Children are wide open, totally defenceless and are taking it all in. All the hardship that has come upon us during our upbringing, forced us to lock-up a great deal of it within us, because at the time we were completely unable to deal with it all.

The child is not to blame. It is impossible for a child to grasp the full extent of what is happening, and why. However, later in life it will haunt you… affecting every breath you take, even if you do not remember and understand the cause…
