cold solitude

To be alienated by coldness from within is a very hard situation to handle through life. The causes stems from a cold and inhuman upbringing, a severe lack of nurturing and attention to the child's needs, which forces the child to take on those feelings and make them her own. This also forces the child to build up a great amount of latent energy within her.

The coldness will stay as a thick wall against the  surroundings, and the pain from the  scars deep down. With coldness in your heart, you cannot love yourself, and you will always find it hard to believe in yourself…

How and if it will transform over time varies. Will it be a totally frozen position without move, destructive expressions of alienation, or will it turn into a more developed kind of silent loneliness?

Do not let fate decide. There is a way out of this, the way  of self-knowledge.
