mankind's evolution

Pain is actually something that drives mankind forward, and it has always done so. When faced with great pain, you will push all limits to overcome it.

In the long run, this means progress. Why change if everything already is the way you wish it to be? Pain is a thread running through life, and it is often the mother of change.

New times will come. Progress through pain can only take us so far, and a new time will come where pain will not be a vital factor for progress.

More compassion, understanding and a greater sensitivity will come into our lives. However, this also means great changes from our old way of living.
